COMPLAINTS

If you encounter problems regarding the product you bought, contact us and we will make sure to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. If you, when you first use it, determine that the product you received is defective or it does not comply with technical specifications that are stated on the device itself, packaging or in accompanying documentation which was attached to the device, we would like to ask you to contact us and provide us with the following information:

1. Name of the company,

2. Name of the device and serial number of the device (invoice number of the device you bought),

3. Description of the complaint.

You can deliver the data via phone number 051 456 090 or e-mail info@digiteh.com. After we receive information regarding the compliant and according to you description of the complaint we will inform you how to resolve it as quickly as possible.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

In order to achieve the right to complain you need to save the original packaging with all additional equipment and documents with which the product was originally delivered and to provide bill and warranty which our employees may ask for during the process of complaining. The device must not be physically damaged and visible traces of use or being worn away.

In cases when the product can be replaced for a new one and when money can be returned for it, we will send delivery to your home address and it will take the product you complained about and return it to our warehouse. When the product arrives to the warehouse we will inform you about the refund or sending you the product that will replace the original one. Within 8 days (from the day your device and complaint are received), you will receive notification via phone or in writing and the notification will be regarding the refund/replacement of the original product you received for a new one or if your complaint request is declined. Your request will be fulfilled (refund/replacement of original product for a new one) or the device for which the complaint was declined will be returned within 15 days (from the day when the device and complaint are received) at latest. If it is necessary to send the product to authorized repair service, we will provide you with all the data regarding the authorized repair service or organize taking the device at your home address. If the parcel is damaged during the transport, such damages are visible when the parcel is taken so we in that case we ask you not to take the parcel. We would like to ask you to contact us so we could check the state of the parcel as quickly as possible and send you a new one. We will try to resolve your complaint to the mutual satisfaction.

Working hours of telephone operators on business days is from8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Customers support is unavailable on weekend and holidays.

The buyer will lose the right to complaints and free repair by seller in case of inappropriate handling the device and its use that is not in accordance with the instruction manual as well as in case of repair or attempt of repair done by the unauthorized persons.
